I’m an independent consultant with 15 years’ experience helping organisations evaluate and design complex products and services. I apply user-centred methodologies and agile practices to deliver strategic, evidence-based products and services.

I’ve led teams and programmes of work for organisations including the Office for National Statistics, Ministry of Justice, Scottish Government, AXA, Hargreaves Lansdown, and others. I’ve worked with more than 50 multidisciplinary teams in the UK, US, and EU—in government, high-security justice, finance, and healthcare—shaping end-to-end services, delivering 250+ workshops, and informing multi-million-pound programme roadmaps, supporting services that reach tens of millions of users.
